It's the foundation of our mutual agreement. It helps us keep the operations smooth in the background and ensures we maintain a high standard for every event. Let's keep the rules clear! This way, you know exactly what to expect if plans change.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@klnd.eu, including your Order ID.

Refund Deadlines

  • If you cancel within 14 days of ticket purchase, we refund 100% of the ticket price.
  • 120 days before the event or earlier: 100% refund
  • 90 days before the event: 80% refund
  • 60 days before the event: 60% refund
  • 30 days before the event: 40% refund
  • Within 30 days of the event: No refund available

Note: We do not offer deferrals to the following year.
