KLND Gift Card

Purchase and Delivery:

• The buyer purchases the Gift Card as a standard product from the webshop.
• Following payment, the buyer receives a unique, digital code (typically 16 characters) via email. This code can then be forwarded to the recipient.
• The process is 100% digital; no physical card is issued.

Redemption in the Webshop (Full Scope Access):

1. The recipient selects the desired items, such as event tickets (current and future events), memberships, and exclusive KLND products, and adds them to their cart.
2. At checkout, they enter the unique code in the designated field in the Order Summary section.
3. The card's value is immediately deducted from the total purchase price.

Balance Management and Key Features:

Partial Use: If the purchase total is less than the card's value, the remaining balance is retained and can be used for future purchases using the same code.

Top-up Payment: If the purchase total is more than the card's value, the card's value is deducted, and the customer must pay the remaining amount using a standard payment method.

No Expiry: By default, Gift Cards do not expire.

Non-refundable: The value of the gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, it is exclusively for use in the KLND webshop.
