KLND Podcast - Season II - Intro

The KLND Podcast Season II is Launched - Here is the Announcement Episode

We are thrilled to announce that the KLND Podcast is returning with an exciting, brand-new season! In the first season, we took a fantastic journey into the world of ultracycling, showcasing the stories of the most persistent cyclists through inspiring interviews. The success exceeded all our expectations – thank you for the massive positive feedback! Based on the statistics from various platforms, we reached over 10,000 plays with the first season—thank you!

In the second season, the podcast host will continue to be Chripkó Lili, but the format is changing: a co-host will join Lili in every episode. With this change, we aim to bring the community even closer to content production. In the new season, we will feature KLND members as co-hosts who, based on feedback, are of the greatest interest to our listeners. Thus, Pénzes Erzsébet, Oláh Péter, and Székely Vikó will accompany us throughout the season, enriching the conversations with their experience and exciting insights. Furthermore, the episodes will feature Gangel Marcell, the founder of KLND, Kövesházi Dani, the president of the association, and Kusz Mátyás, the fastest finisher of last year's Divide.

Beyond content innovation, significant technical development has also taken place: we are recording this season in the Brocasterz studio, so every episode will also be released in video format on YouTube, and the overall audio quality will also improve. You will still find the podcast in audio format on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

What does Season II bring?

This is what the announcement episode will be about. The goal of KLND Podcast Season II is to examine the complex human factors behind cycling (and other sports). Get ready to challenge conventional perspectives and look at challenges from a different angle.

In compiling the season's themes, we listened to our community. Based on the questionnaire completed by our club members, it became clear: it's time to step outside the narrow scope of cycling and delve into topics that profoundly influence all performance—whether in sports or in everyday life.

In this season, we will investigate the hidden driving forces that are crucial for optimal performance and mental well-being, but are often unfairly neglected. We will discuss topics including conscious functioning, dietetics, cycling tech, ageism, and gender issues. For each such episode, we invite a professionally acclaimed guest, with whom Lili and our co-host most relevant to the topic will thoroughly explore these questions. There will be a total of 8 episodes this season, which we will conclude around May.
